Grailey Lee Jaynes was a wine visionary in Dallas during the last three decades. Blessed with a great palate and an insatiable appetite to learn about wines, he built an amazing following of wine lovers both young and old. Unfortunately, he passed away in 2004, leaving behind Graileys Wine Cellar in a wonderful location full of sense and history.

Many of Dallas’ wine luminaries sat around the old maple table and tasted with Grailey. It is our aim to keep the personal service aspect of Grailey’s vision alive and well at the new Graileys Fine Wines of Dallas.

Graileys Wine Cellar is located in the historic Lakewood area of Dallas, Texas. The location, recently resurrected from its former self by owners Dave Stearns and Simon Roberts, is a place where savvy wine buyers frequent to taste and indulge themselves in the joys of wine. Graileys, however, is not your typical wine store. We are available for wine consultation via appointment only. Our vision is to provide a personal service to our members and to build a long-term relationship with them. This can only be built by spending the appropriate time to get to know you and your cellar, your tastes and your needs. Our focus is sourcing wines that we think worthy of your attention, whether it is a 55 Chateau Lafite Rothschild or a new world Sine Qua Non Syrah. We have vast experience in purveying the world's finest wines from the new and old superstars to those that fly under the radar.
